** Fixed a couple of bugs concerning dialogs being being displayed always on 
   top even when WinCONTROL was not the active app and WinCONTROL was not set 
   to be always on top
** Took out "Update" button from Task Manager.  Unnecessary now.
** Help file has been updated. Please reread.
** "Close Only on OK" was not working corectly. Fixed.
** New keyboard shortcuts. See help file.
